Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services

SITE-BASED

Our site-based groups cover a variety of skills and topics. Our person-centered approach means that our groups are tailored to fit the needs of individual participants who share similar goals. We focus on the Psychiatric Rehabilitation principles of Living, Learning, Working, and Socializing.

Some examples of groups we offer focus on:

  • Relationship Building

  • Self-care

  • Resiliency

  • Coping Skills

MOBILE

Mobile services are offered at home and in the community where participants live and interact, focusing on the same Psychiatric Rehabilitation principles as site-based groups. Mobile services allow individuals to work one-on-one with a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker to practice the skills they are being taught. We also offer a mobile group which affords participants the opportunity to interact in the community and practice these skills together.

Outpatient Therapy Services

Outpatient therapy services are offered to help individuals overcome obstacles and lead happier, productive, and more fulfilling lives. We believe the way we think directly impacts who we are in the world. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the application of the principle of cognitive restructuring, individuals can overcome past hurt, face current barriers, realize their strengths, and develop effective problem-solving skills.

ID/A Services

Our ID/A services are structured to align with “Everyday Lives - Values in Action”. Our approach to ID/A services is centered on “What is Important to the Individual” and the principles of “My Life, My Way.” We work together with individuals and their families to help them engage in those things that matter to them and to live the life they choose.
